Lobby Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sunday: Noon - 4:00 PM
While our pet customers are cared for everyday of the year, our lobby is closed to human customers on major Holidays including: New Year's Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day Arrivals/DeparturesGuests may arrive or depart any time during our lobby hours; however, we operate similar to a human resort. We prefer check in time after 2 PM and arrival at least one hour prior to closing.
Checkout Time
Checkout time is anytime before noon; owners who pick up their pets by our noon checkout time will not be charged for that day. Please schedule departure time to expedite the process. Also a boarding charge for the checkout day will not apply to pets scheduled for full service grooming (this does not apply to basic baths and ancillary services).
